Fo sure man. Go dodgers!

Tox labs come and go.....no stability. Labcorp is stable but the comp plan is terrible. There is no direct relation to what you sell. Crazy plan which allows you to play golf all week.....time to tee off.I have interviews with some tox labs including LabCorp coming up. How is LabCorp and the industry in general.
This is a horrible place to work. If you are ok with letting go of your self respect and kiss the ass of every one above, around and below you, then this place is the right place
Not sure what your background is. If it is in the diagnostics space then you will find Labcorp to be stable but also behind the times. Still working with forms and faxes on the daily. Comp plan is atrocious. A top down management that treats employees like you should be thanking them daily that you have a job. They treat you like you need them more then they need you. I would bypass Labcorp and find stability coupled with a better culture. This culture is horrendous. Nobody wants to work at a stable company and hate the company and job everyday
I came to LabCorp via an acquisition.
The thing I noticed right away that permeated the entire organization was a "pass the buck- blame game" attitude.
I don't know how they manage to do it, but they seem to find the absolute worst human beings on the planet and stick them in management. When I came to my new "team," within 30 days they let go the most productive and well-liked manager on the team and replaced him with two catty, nasty women that performed better than average as salespeople.
The turnover here is terrible. You never know when the next person will get fed up and leave. Managers beg reps to stay.
One of the lowest levels in sales, The KAE position, ranges from "decent" pay and job satisfaction in the East to "atrocious" management and pay in the west. It's like the further west you go, the worse the company becomes. Perhaps because HQ is in North Carolina?
Avg tenure NC: 7 years.
Avg. tenure AZ:8 months.
And don't get me started here in California...
People from my former company are all leaving.
The VP in my area is a jackass.
The funny thing is, they actually have the resources and people to do it well and do it RIGHT.
When you resign as a KAE in mid month do they pay commissions on the previous month??? Not that the pay is that much....but just wondering what to expect. God this place sucks!!!Just wait.
PAMA data was submitted. They know it's a 8% cut in CMS.
There are three waves of "reorganization" coming to maintain profit into 2018.

It actually depends on the HR department in your division, and terms you are leaving on. What division are you in?
