Alll this back and forth about a company that might not be around in a year. Unless you are desperate and unemployed why would you join this uncertainty. Give it a year and see if it actually has a place in the market. The way sales professionals move around there will always be open positions. To join now, is ridculous.

Two words...STOCK OPTIONS!! Huge salary, great bonus and equity. Why would you hang around this shit hole and not take a leap of faith on a drug that was UNANIMOUSLY approved by the recommendation committee?

Agree with you points on perks but honestly 70k total is not alot re commission for the yr. Should be more like 100k plus with lower bases like Capital. Do they want people to sell this or live off their base.
 




Also company will be bought out fast so you could make $ on stock. They don't have the $ to take a Hair loss compound to market. They will need a big pharma company to do that. Aesthetics is NOT what potential companies will have on their radar in a takeover it's the prospect of a blockbuster drug in medical Derm for hair loss.

Stock option portion is not worth much as most agree the company is already overvalued which makes for very minimal upside...do your homework as this will most likely not work out, and you will most likely make less $$$.

True re stock you may be able to make $ but most likely options will be given at a high $ value.
Again everyone keeps screaming Aesth but the real value in Kythera is the hair loss compound.
That is what big pharma will want.

I have been offered $95k base and the $70k is AT PLAN...it's uncapped! The fastest growing segment of aesthetics is minimally invasive procedures. It may be slow in the beginning as all things are until they gain traction. However, once the ball starts rolling I'll be making a ton of dough. And I can live off $95k guaranteed and bust my ass to create a solid market for my bonus.
 




Forget about Kythera. They will be sold or out of cash within a year. Look out for Anterios. This is a game changer. Botox/Dysport ready to inject without any mixing. Dysport will feel the effects.
 








Instead of launching a competitive innovative product like Anterios is working on, they are going to launch a mid face product that will have to compete against Voluma because it was cheaper to launch. I challenge anyone to find an office that isn't completely sold on Voluma with their DTC advertising and amazing Allergan ecosystem.

If Galderma really wants to grow in this space, they better start investing in advertising and some real new products. This garbage they are about to launch will sell nothing. Even Silk has a limited shelf life to sell, as Allergan has a pending lip product that is selling in Europe.

When Anterios hits the market, G will have no sales.

Complete BS - The facts are as follows - On the RX side Flat to declining IMS numbers even with new product introductions. Your are now ranked as the 6th company IMS sales in Derm. not a top derm company as you all advertise. You are not adding head count in the field and all one has to do is look at what is going on with your Aesthetic portfolio to see what a mess that has become. You are only replacing reps and mangers in the field not adding head count. If you are in fact adding head count it is in the home office and or support positions and that my friend is what got this company into a complete mess in the first place. Adding overhead and more internal head count is not growth. All one has to do is look at the market place and that my dear is not growing. The numbers do not lie.

That is accurate. They have repeatedly continued to make bad decisions after bad decisions after having a window of opportunity with the Actavis purchase and the introduction of Silk with no Allergan competition in the U.S. They sat on the launch for 6 months and instead of putting together a crafty marketing and sales plan they botched it. They release it with no effective marketing or bundling and a youtube video that was laughable. They continue to pull sales people out of the field when they need to be selling and they promote folks into roles that they don't merit. Objectively, the company is poorly run and will continue to decrease market share as more competitors enter the market. Anterios, Allergan Lip Product and others are coming. If they can't increase market share now, then when?
