Kiniksa

Just look at the reviews on Glassdoor and indeed. Employees are saying that it's a nightmare. They don't pay enough to be a rare disease product either only between $150,165,000 maximum. I heard people have to put up with a a lot of micromanagement and crap. I just did my research on the company because they approached me for an expansion position. At this point of the game I don't think it would be a good gig for me but you guys have to do your own research on this.

a recruiter reached out to me out of the blue and got me interested even though i wasnt looking to leave current position. then goes on to completely ghost the shit outta me. wont even pick up the phone... super professional.

dont be pissed at the company. they outsource recruiting and from what ive heard its a real garbage agency.

Same thing happened to me. There was some
interest in Kiniska initially, but, this ghosting thing by their only recruiter is unprofessional. GQR Global hope you and Kiniska read this. A simple no thank you couldn’t hurt.

Heard the CEO is a psycho. Another Biotech Job hopping clown that sticks around only long enough to get his big stock payout. Then jumps ship only to resurface a year or 2 later with a few of his cronies in tow only to try and do it all again. And who benefits from this charade? Not the reps. Only top management and shareholders. Rinse and repeat.
