King Systems - any thoughts?

Hi Folks,

I know that this is not a King Systems message board, but I am looking for some info since there is not a message board for King.

I am looking into a sales job for King and want to know some background.
Is this something worth looking into? How does the company treat their reps?
Base + commission is apparently 85-100k...which is pretty solid to me.
How is turnover? Product seems to be high quality, high price - but is still a circuit.

How is management, competition (vital signs, smiths, etc).

Appreciate any help.

Great company with good marketshare. Not sure about comp plan, but I know they are well respected. Fairly small company, but a very solid product. OK representation on GPO's. Smaller sales force (I think 25 in the country). Good sales support and lacking in marketing.
Wish I knew more too...

King has good products. They are very frustrating to Vital Signs Reps. Business is dominated by GPo's. As King grows they will get more contracts. Money is better than Vital Signs.

Good, thanks folks. Is this a job for someone with 3-4 years experiance or more for a newbie? Is this a good stepping stone type job to get into stents, implants, etc?

Thanks all.

Does anyone think that this is really a good deal? King is a fine company and all - but there are better ops out there. Choose a division of Tyco, BD or Bard job. King doesn't have a large enough marketing department to get their name out there.

Thoughts?
