These guys have very bad reputations. It will take a huge turn around for them to change this.
They say that perception is reality.
They also need to allow the clients executive teams to school them for growth. They need to change their attitudes and look up to the senior executives that have tried to school them so that they can make the necessary changes to be more professional.
