Visiting this board after many months I was amazed to see that all posts referencing names/initials of those involved at KBI allegedly involved in their HR crisis earlier this year have been removed. This is highly unusual when compared to other Pharma boards on CP, which presumably means those involved have secured legal council and pushed to have the content removed. Working within legal confines and on-line ethics I see no reason why this content was removed when compared to other CF boards? Boards of this nature serve a purpose by calling out/identifying unprofessional or unethical behavior so it does not propagate itself yet again at the next company! Poor behavior greatly damages the careers of others, creates unproductive work environments, and slows down progress for everyone. Don't be intimidated by these tactics! (just keep it respectful).
 






Examples of unprofessional and unethical behavior include marital affairs involving staff members at the site. They know who they are...lives were impacted, innocent children were crushed. Talk about people lacking a moral compass. Now these staff members are getting married and probably wondering why it is difficult for team members to be happy for them. Soul-less people do soul-less things. Maybe not the first time, either.

Management will always say everything is fine...even when it's not. Not a good sign that FDA keeps coming back. Could spell doom for the site. Hopefully someone is leading the charge from the QA/Regulatory team that works well with FDA.

Ummm.....QA is one of the problems and the ones hiding details from the FDA.

Nobody got hurt from anything. Some people are just jealous because they are stuck in dull marriages and are too weak to make a change.
