Kathy is a joke of a human being, can't accept any sort of proper feedback. You tell her anything constructive and she acts like it's a personal attack on her well being.

Karl from BC is a horrible technician. He has destroyed the reputation of Arjo in British Columbia and clients hate him, all of the other employees in BC knows that Karl is shit but Kathy still preaches that Karl is amazing when everyone knows he is not.

I swear these people are mentally unstable or short a few screws in the head.

oh yeah she is so passive aggressive. I heard a couple of employees called her "The Karen of Arjo" Very fitting

I heard through the grapevine that Karl screwed over a couple recent ex-employee who were supposed to take over part of his territory (I think one of the guy's name was Ryan or something) but both of them quit after dealing with his crap. I wonder if the OP was one of the guys he fucked over.
