RP doesn’t have the ability to and won’t do anything.
Agreed. That would take a CFO/Investment Banker CEO not a “commercial guy”. “Commercial” CEO’s are sales and marketing people who have had very little experience in brokering deals. RP will go where he is comfortable and get into all things commercial, implement some of his stuff from companies past and take full credit for any positive blip in the number...and blame the sales team’s execution if we remain flat.
PM and JD’s days are numbered as RP will start bringing in his own crew. No one takes that job unless they can bring their own people...
