When is this charlatan CEO ever going to actually do something for the company and investors other than spin tales of grandeur and milk the cash from his bloated, overpaid salary. How can a board in good faith pay this guy and justify his salary when he hasn't done one thing for this company. He started with the stock just below $10 and drove it straight into the ground. He was supposed to be a "commercial expert" but couldn't ramp sales or operate effectively in Europe to get assays completed in time for SII trial. The only thing he did was create the delusion of "four pillars". Like he was creating electricity. I humbly ask, how many pillars are we down to now Mr. expert ?? Is MM a pillar or toothpick. Tell us about all the white papers and intent to treat in earlier lines, but never have any metrics and dance around the issue when asked softball questions by the dolt analysts who cover this dumpster fire. Oh, MDS is a pillar. Oh yeah, that pillar got razed due to ineffective cost management. Had to shelf that pillar bc we pay little ricky to sit at his desk and drink Past Blue Ribbons all day. Great fiscal management and strategic thinking. A first year MBA student could have run circles around this guy and his crew of idiots like Mano and Mason. What does Mason do all day other than smell his own farts, giggles and play 1980s rock hits no his air guitar. Ok, lets move on the the other pillar, MF. Big market, great data potentially, Shucks, due to over spending and paying Mcdreamy, we won't live to see the day of the readout. It's like a ship taking on water and floundering. We can see the horizon and harbor in the distance, yet will sink in the inlet. Nice work on that pillar. I'd say, by now 4/9/24, the company's total strategy is reduced to maybe 1.75 pipe cleaners, not even toothpicks. Maybe bring back MK. He can't sell shit or run operations, but we need a guy who can cross the finish line on trials. He can better than the canuck.

The pillars were always made of salt.

Not of the future indications, Endo included, are not large enough markets to generate significant revenue. It's fairly simple financial math, hence why the stock is where it is currently. The $19 SP back in 2019 was pure speculation, sold hard by MK. The proof is in the pudding as they say and well the pudding is empty.

If anyone on WS truly thought there was a strong indication that Edno would make a splash, the institutions would be gobbling up shares in the $1-$2 range. They are not...because they are 'smart money'. They know there is nothing there. Guess who else knows there is nothing there? Potential acquiring companies. If any of the 'bigs' thought there was a revenue stream to be had by buying KPTI they would have done so by now on the cheap.

Onto our fearless leader...this is a stepping stone. He does not need it to be successful. He has the built in excuses, that are all too familiar, as to why KPTI performed as it did under his watch. Unfortunately in our business he'll fool another company into giving him a CEO spot if he so chooses to continue to work. So with that being said, what is his commitment to get KPTI back on track? ZERO.

His goal is his career...

agree on alot of points; however, Novaritis paid a hell of a lot of $$ for Mor in same space. MF could be worth that price, but market is betting they dont exist by read out.

Hahaha heck no. MK? That sociopath killed the company with no credibility or integrity.

$3B is not a lot of money in terms of a buyout.

If we use $3B as the cost of entry to get an MF drug than KPTI would be purchased at $26 a share which would be equal a 1840% increase on our current share price. Considering that MorphoSYS was purchased for about a 120% premium it is highly unlikely anyone is shelling out $3B for KPTI, especially since M has a deeper pipeline and the MF space seems to be getting more crowded than it already is.

Novartis clearly thinks they are getting a winner...why else would they not have spent half of that $3B and picked KPTI off at $1.5B or about $13 a share. There is no way in the world our BOD would turn that down at this point, so my guess is acquiring companies are not all that enthralled with the prospect of our MF data.

Not trying to be a downer, I have worked most of my biopharma career in BD and these are the discussions that take place...there is a reason our share price is so low yet no one seems interested in taking us out at a bargain price...that is what should be keeping R up at night.
