Company has lost over 2/3 of its value since Ricky joined. Time for the asshole to go.

Not a fan by any stretch, but that is not his fault. The steep decline started before he got here.

Blame our founder and previous CEO for overselling and overhyping Seli. It was always going to be niche drug, which will almost always be relegated to small tumor types roused in very late lines of therapy.

Our old CEO was a snake oil salesmen, who grossly oversold the potential of Seli to The Street, which he fooled long enough for an inflated share price initially, but was unable to sell the company before the reality of its commercial demand was established and now here we are....a salvage therapy with tox issues, and marginal/undifferentiated efficacy data in a very crowded and over served market.

Our lackluster sales is not due to a lack of strategic or tactical issues in commercial. It just not a very good drug that our founder and his wife created, and that fault lies solely with them. You could go and hire the absolute best CEO, and commercial people in marketing and sales and it would have little impact as the data is the data and our HCP's experience is their experience. Nothing will change those two things. So until better data emerges this is where the share price will sit...

You’re way too understanding. I don’t disagree that the product is a piece of crap and that the old guard were terrible, but Ricky has turned things into a complete dumpster fire. He’s obnoxious, arrogant, smug, unimaginative, annoying, untrustworthy and a creep. He never should have risen above the level of manager in any competent organization.

OP you responded to. While I don’t disagree with your opinion on his character flaws and his unearned ascension, unfortunately it’s all too uncommon and while annoying, it’s not the reason our share price is where it’s at. Not saying it’s right but it’s somewhat the norm.

Also I don’t think he tuned this into a dumpster fire…that fire was burning white hot way before he got here. I do feel like the fire is slowly extinguishing which will take some time. Sales are up, culture is improving sure we have a way to go but it’s going in a better direction.

You forgot immature, unmannered, insecure and petty

Let's not forget that RP hired EG who single handedly destroyed medical affairs at KPTI along with our reputation with many academic centers. Major dumpster fire. He and HR sat by doing nothing with complaint after complaint. He is a loser of a CEO. Fortunately for KPTI someone had the sense to can her. Don’t underestimate the impact of his poor management on the stock price today.

When HR is led by someone who is best friends with the CEO, it should really make you wonder how effective the HR team can actually be. Anyone who is paying attention to the HR team these days should be concerned.
