Stand your ground? And then do what?!! Only way not taking the severance package makes sense is if you're gonna lawyer up and go for a class action lawsuit and/or whistle-blow. Just because someone took the severance doesn't mean they weren't working. I still believe illegal activity can be reported regardless. Just a matter of time they are going to do someone that doesn't need the money and/or is done with pharma to report. Maybe someone in this next round of lay offs
