So here's another hospital rep who goes into my hospitals who also doesn't report to my manager, but reports to a dude who knows nothing about antibiotics who reports to a lady who knows nothign about antibiotics. Plus pharmacy hates industry and I do all my business through doctors.

My customers hate the price increase, hate the contract, hate Actavis, and I hate myself for giving two craps about the whole mess.

Who signed off on this shit idea, specifically who?

Well said. These sentiments are echoed by 99% of the hospital reps, but most just keep drinking the kool aid by going along with whatever they are told. You can thank Muery and Lynch for that increase.
