meanwhile at the awards trip , there were more people there that did not "earn" the award than those that did! Kadmon sent a full contigent of people on the trip that were "given" the trip as a "good Job" award. Must be nice.....I wonder how they were picked? They only take a few of us Reps, but somehow other individuals get to go without any criteria. Same old same old,

Thanks Kirk for telling us what you have been doing with your time. Keep hiring your worthless BI buddies, more reason forums to,leave as,you keep bringing in incompetent BI friends....please someone pay attention to the hiring, promotion etc going on....this is ridiculous

I have never seen a company where people get promoted without even interviewing? Sad, how does HR allow this to happen?Jobs are not even posted,people just are given them.....that is why I am leaving and I know of several others also. Kirk could not even answer the question right when asked during the town hall meeting...basically stating that they will do what they want since we are not publically traded. I have news for you Kirk...there are still laws etc. in place for hiring, firing, promotions etc. you are nothing more than a Area Business Manager that was promoted three times without an interview yourself...unreal. If we actually put our best people in positions that were actually interviewed fairlyand the right choice was made we would be a much better organization..will it ever happen Sam? How about correcting some of these MISTAKES?

I couldn't agree with you more. What a disappointment Kadmon has become with the way things have been run and the way under-qualified people have been handed positions that are FAR BEYOND their capabilities. SO VERY SAD!!!!
