that disaster of a Regeneron cup call happened. Get excited for the same trash in Vegas!
Just when I thought I was out, they pulled me back in.
This is a miserable work environment
Can’t possibly be as bad as Oncology. The arrogance is appalling especially when they don’t have a clue. Sad ….things could have gone a lot better if we had biotech leadership not primary care leadership.
Exactly what has happened with ophthalmology. Apply a primary care mentality that every patient will be better served on Eylea HD. The sales force is treated like we don’t have any idea how our practices operate or what financial challenges they’re facing. Practices are getting tired of the brow beating about uptake. Oh yeah, don’t forget about how cheap we are for IC and contests
it’s undeniable that we have reps in our sales force who have earned that treatment. We have great reps without question, but we also have reps who forgot or never learned how to competitively sell & hustle to drive business. There are a ton of great reps still here, but there are also reps who are contributing to the increased pressure we are receiving. We have to do our part collectively to minimize the pressure we are all being fatigued by.

I have coworkers that I interact with that do not work. One seems to put a call in for each staff member to get credit for reach and frequency. The other simply doesn’t go. Accounts don’t know who this person is and I would rather Regeneron get smart and get rid of these people who are sucking the life out of me by creating more havoc by NOT working. The manager is aware that these people do not work and makes excuses. Managers start calling your offices and ask if they actually know the rep who is entering calls on them. This is a shit show!
is this Abby or Megan chiming in with the corporate perspective?

Woof, that sucks. sounds like the manager is the biggest part of the issue
*Lack of having a manager.
The DeMS experiment should be ruled an abject failure and either make smaller territories for everyone or downsize the sales team. Something is going to have to change
It doesnt matter what team. The work ethic or lack of work ethic is demotivating across the board. Why are there more than one person selling the same medication. That job structure doesn’t make any sense.
