Thank you again executive team for yet another stab in the back! The new benefits plan sucks! Once again just screwing the people that work the hardest and make the least. This just may be the straw that breaks the camels back. You may want to become gowning qualified, learn our Quality Systems (and stop pretending you already know them), learn how to run a project, use a microscope, repair and calibrate equipment, etc...... You may find yourself having to run 150 once everyone bails on you. Lol I can't wait!!
Lastly, when you give a presentation you may want to know what the new plan is. By doing this you will not look stupid in front of your audience. Shame on you HR!

Genzyme HR was instructed last month to actively peruse all recruits from OI.

Grow up? Screw you. I was there for the whole meeting. HR had no idea what they were talking about. You must be in HR because everyone else was laughing at you yesterday. Face it, you messed up!!!!!!!

Same boat?!? You've got to be kidding!!! Execs and board make NOT earn 1/2 mill or more a year. 30% increase in family health insurance for those that make peanuts and are already struggling as it is. Definitely not the same boat!
