My manager is so weak all he can do is send out reports of how many calls we make and threaten us all the time. Meanwhile, all he does is babysit his kids all day at home. He has no business being a manager, but the weak middle management hired him in as part of his boy's club.

I know exactly who you are talking about and everyone says the same thing. What is really bs is the amount of money some of these managers are making just sitting around with no skill at all barking orders like let's count your calls and send success stories.
