You really are a dumb fuck. You must be from the south?? The Badxalta deal was so dumb that it has ruined Shire. It’s not about the people but the fact that we bought them. All focus should have remained on Vyaahvanse and that’s it. Mydayis is awful and they should have left territories as is. No need to split into adult and ped. Facts!!!

Sad thing is Baxalta NEVER wanted to be acquired but Phlegm just couldn’t give up. $32B later and everything was dismantled. And now look at Shire. Sad!

2016: Shire buys Baxalta for $32B

2018: Takeda buys Shire for $64B (which now that their stock dropped is more like $61)
