You can’t. You and every other company are laying off people doing the right thing until you get letters from the FDA. Then you have some weird dominating managers who scream and yell at everyone believing that everyone else other than them are responsible for the letters.

You can't. There is zero accountability at BMS. Regulatory says the risk sits with the brand, the brand says it sits with regulatory or blames the engagement team, the engagement team blames the AOR, and on and on it goes.

This is all because of poor leadership starting at the top who keep hiring poor so called fake leaders. The C suite itself has many manager level people. How did they reach there? A big puzzle. Probably the board prefers nitwits over ability.
