Just follow the money

More evidence of your poor thinking.

In Iraq, human suffering was aligned with our legitimate national security interests. In Darfur, they aren't.

Besides, it folks more aligned with yourself who whine and cry about Darfur and yet criticize Bush when he did indeed alleviate tremendous human suffering and dispose of a maniacal tyrant.

This is a fine example of how you earn the label of liberal.

The human suffering in Iraq was exascerbated by the UN sanctions, which caused the starvation of 500,000 Iraqi children...to which,,,Madeleine Allbright stated on national TV..."it was worth it".

And then we completely destroyed the Iraq infrastructure through "shock and awe" killing hundreds of thousands more of Iraqi citizens...maiming over a million more, and sending another 2 to 4 million into nomad city..of having to live in tents as refugees. All the while...we retain 50,000 troops in this wasteland..while Blackwater....oops...Xe continues their corruption in stealing billions from our tax payer coiffer money rebuilding all ther shit that we destroyed....

So tell me again about the bad behavior of Saddam Hussein.

Holy shit Hairy! You answered your own post three times!

You apes are focusing on the leg, rather than the entire elephant. Only ONE of the reasons given was a the possible WMD threat from Iraq. Read Bush's entire speech on the subject:

http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2002/oct/07/usa.iraq

Remember how Saddam was sponsoring terrorism? Remember how whenever a terror bomber blew himself up anywhere in the world, Saddam would send the family of the bomber a check for $25,000? Remember how a US Federal judge found that Saddam, Iraq were state sponsors of terrorism and were ordered to pay $104 million in reparations to the families of two 9/11 victims?

Of course you don't. It's not convenient for your "ain't it awful" campaign against Bush, (repeat after me: "he's been out of office for almost three years?"). Read this link, if you have the guts. Be sure to read it all the way to the bottom:

You didn't read my lips. I could give 3 shits about Darfur.

Well of course you don't care about Darfur. After all, the 400,000 people who have died to date are just blacks, right?

Incidently I'm still waiting for you to substantiate your claim that the post-911 war was about oil. You might begin by telling all of us exactly how much oil the US took from Iraq and where it went.

Or perhaps you would just prefer to delete your post. Again.

So what would you have suggested as a response to 9/11?

Liberals conveniently forget that both houses of congress (Rock, that means the Senate and the House of Representatives) voted nearly unanimously in favor of the Joint Resolution Authorizing the use of Military Force (AUMF), three days after 9/11.

House of Representatives: On September 14, 2001 bill House Joint Resolution 64 passed in the House. The totals in the House of Representatives were: 420 Ayes, 1 Nay and 10 Not Voting (the Nay was Barbara Lee - D-CA).

Senate: On September 14, 2001 Senate Joint Resolution 23 passed in the Senate by roll call vote. The totals in the Senate were: 98 Ayes, 0 Nays, 2 Present/Not Voting (Senators Larry Craig - R and Jesse Helms - R).

The Radical Knee-Jerk Left-Wing Whacko's think the US should have sent letters of condolence to the families of the pilots that carried out the attacks.

Madame, your information is quite correct, too bad the shit that Bush passed out as truth and fact was not as accurate or factual. That said, what is your point? You know that congress, yes BOTH houses, sunshine, and the American public were lied to. BushCheney then tried to say it was the same information that all other intelligence agencies in to world had gathered. We know of course that was another damned BushCheney lie.
So to sum up madame, you re right in your facts, but constantly wrong in your support for BushCheney conservatard lies. Beware Perry, he suffers from the same cowboy syndrome.

By the way, although I am quite sure you already know, the 107th congress, that's right BOTH houses cupcake, were, REPUBLICAN, by decided margins.
It show that the Democrats, lied to as they were, were NOT the obstructionists as is the current teabagger congress.

Libbies say obstructionists, libbie translated to mean 'does not agree with obama policies', conservative translated to mean 'stands up for what they believe in'.
