Just do it dammit

As a manager, I already know who made it and who didn't. I got rid of one of my worst reps, thank God! Yes, it's brutal, but this will not be the last one you or i will go through. It will all be over soon.

Have a great rest of the week and a wonderful weekend!

Maybe you should build a relationship with your DM - those guys are sweating way worse than territory.

Look at your territory - you have what, 4 PCP reps, 2 specialty, 1 FPC and Ironwood - and how many DM's - 6! There are 6 managers for 8 employees! And until recently you also had an RST.

How does that model ever work efficiently?

As a rep I can go get a contract job tomorrow with better than a $52k base - what does a long time DM making $125 base go do? Good luck replacing that gravy.

DM here: I have valuable intel regarding the upcoming layoffs. The guy who started this thread is a goner. That is all for now.
We have all seen the posts with senior rd here, or dm here. What that means is, you are actually the pod mate the rest of us have to carry cause you lied your way through the interview process but they can't fire you, because it takes an act of God for someone to get fired here up until now. Hence the real managers statement of finally losing their worst rep, who in real life is you poser. Have fun posting on here how life is better at your new job while checking those customers into their PT cruisers at enterprise idiot.

Whoa! What an immature and foul post. The little credibility you had after your last post is now gone. When Forest cans you I'm not sure Enterprise will even offer you an internship. Now go away and take your lack of intelligence too.

Ok, don't believe me. I am telling the truth. Afterall we were told reps would hear on the 20th. It is fair to say you did not receive an email. I find it interesting that other DMs have not sent emails. By the way I am an Actavis rep.

That's probably cause those managers don't know if they will be retained.
