Start looking at your own life. What problems need to be solved? It doesn't matter how simple the problem is or how ridiculous the solution might be. Someone invented and marketed the Snuggie, after all. What matters is that solving this problem would make life easier or more enjoyable.

Hey, I'm a RSM (not with your company) but wanted to offer you the serious reply you are looking for. Yes, when your company runs another DL background you will be fired on the spot. I've had to do it a few times and was even told by fleet too tell the rep to pull over immediately and park the car. I would be out to pick it up. If you get in a accident and the police run your DL they will find out your suspended and impound your comp veh. Also, company ins will drop you and will make you liable for any damages. Lastly, this goes on your driving record for 7yrs. Start looking for jobs now that don't require driving and then resign or call your manager now resign before they find out. If you do it now at least you can use them as a reference, if they fire you what are you going to say during a interview?
