The current Vice President is an absolute train wreck. The guy has failed at every company he has went to and this will be no different. Limited marketing department haha they treat marketing like it owns the organization here at Convatec. Bruno is running out of people to blame for his complete failure since taking over.
 












This wasn't caused by AI; it's simply more of Convatec's ongoing incompetence. I've heard from sources there is a major lawsuit on the horizon, let's see how AI deals with the chaos that's about to unfold. Hoping I get called into depositions to take down this corrupt organization.
 






All I know is I have heard from many employees that Convatec Ostomy is a sinking ship and getting worse by the day. Rumors are swirling that the new VP Ostomy is a complete failure. Sources tell me maybe Bruno and company should look into this guys past, hearing his resume might have left off key information, like his short 6 month tenure at Coloplast and being asked to leave due to his aggression towards employees. Being Convatec has zero ethics, guess he fits in well with the culture. Typical unethical Northwestern MBA grad right there, maybe he should hire Pat Fitzgerald to abuse more employees.

Not ATT, heard rumors of someone in Ostomy filed a large lawsuit. I’ve also heard lawyers are calling former employees for potential class action. Just hoping Convatec gets what they deserve for how poorly they treat employees. At least the unethical Nicole in HR lost her job, need more like her to get shown the door.

Hopefully it leads to some justice for all those that Convatec has screwed. Someone should tell Nicole that the 80's hair style have yet to return, she looks like a wanna be mob wife from Goodfellas haha. Fits her character well, she was as unethical as them also.

The entire company is just bad. However the new Ostomy leader, Dan Yrigoyen, is an absolute disgrace of a human being. He sits his fat ass in Arizona half the year and lies to anyone. He changes his mind on strategy daily, failed at every organization he has ever went to, and is just a horrible person. The amount of people this man has screwed over will catch up to him one day. He’s an abusive alcoholic, and he should not hold any leadership position ever.

I was embarrassed to be working with Convatec during my few months there. A majority of the sales reps are unqualified, car like sales people. If you spoke up about a product not being of any benefit to customers and their patients you were told to still sell it, knowing that it was a severely flawed product- Avelle negative pressure system. If you have a choice avoid this bottom level of company
 






Hearing from a credible source that a damning lawsuit is about to filed against Convatec! Hopeful this is the beginning of them being held accountable for how poorly they have treated so many of their employees. Hopefully I am called for a statement to be a part of the justice.
