The point that no one seems to face is that we are not selling any cequa. Kala would be a new start.

We all know that this Cequa is short term and not able to sustain us but what do you do? Quit? No

Maybe (doubtful) this will change some things around here. The culture here is the worst I’ve seen. The management treats us like children. It is beyond demotivating. Who gives a shit if the Kala product fails, you move on and find something new. People aren’t leaving for money they’re leaving to get the fuck out of this toxic culture. In the end the joke is on them. It’s too bad because this BU had potential to be a cool place with a good product.

I agree.
With 16 years in Pharma, I can say Sun clearly has THE worst culture.
This is just a blip on my resume. I hope it’s not a stain.

When I look at the people that left I see whiney douchebags going to work for a group of even bigger, mostly ex-sun, douchebags. Leading the pack is JY, so if you want to work for him then good luck. Oh and the NJ mgr that was asked to leave Sun and ended up with Kala? He has a great record of promoting a toxic culture so good luck.if Sun wanted you to stay I’ll bet they could have done that but they didn’t so what does that say? If you want to go there then take your 16 years and go. Nobody is keeping you here. Personally my manager gets it and understands this place isn’t perfect but what place is? I’ve been here since the beginning and it’s not the greatest but not the worst place I’ve worked.

And therein lies the point of so many Sun posts.
Sun can not attract or retain anyone of talent.

You can honestly say it’s better than Sears Automotive Dept ? But you loved it there!
