I’m guessing we will have an idea what divisions will be impacted given the new organization will be in place Oct 3.

8000 jobs is the official number. It will be a lot higher. Focus your efforts on looking for a new job.I'm sorry, but what do you need to hear at this point? Here's which divisions will be affected by the 8,000 person layoff: all of them.
You don't need Victor to tell you something you already know.

Hopefully we can just get a straight answer instead of hearing field wont be effected.
I guess if you lose your job you have a career lined up as a teacher assistant or something.Or we will hear that the field will be affected
What are details for the severance package? Like if we do get let go? Left a great company to join here in January. :/

Yes, Novartis had just trained one of their largest classes ever, most of them Amplity reps right before the Amplity contract was broken early too.amen! #truth! do not believe the bullcrap leadership is spewing. they are trying to keep folks working and doing their dirty work right uo to the very end right to the moment they put your neck under the guillotine. no field force sffected? less than 24 hours after that statement they canned an entire AAA team. yeah they were excluded from that volunteer separation from that program. likeky because they already knew they would b cut. remember neuro field migraine expansion team right before they got axed too around this time last year? some had just finished training. do not believe the demons. believe their past actions.
Will retention bonuses be a thing?Leadership is more concerned about people leaving then getting laid off... Gee, i wonder why.,,
