I thought this was a bad joke, but I checked the proxy from 2022 and it’s true. From 2021 to 2022 his base pay went from $1.14m to $1.34m. Worth every penny of course

So it was very important for us to know how valued Julie is and how they are looking for just the right opportunity, but when a couple R&D VPs in MN get their positions eliminated too, its just take them to the door. Wheres the bending over backwards to ensure they stay around? Kind of tells you where the companys real "lifeblood" is.

DEI is most important. More important than patients having the best possible people to help serve them.

This companies leadership are neck deep in a cult.
 








All the white bleached blondes kept their jobs. DEI is alive and well.

Thank God JB found a job,,,,thats all that matters. Makes you wonder what she does to SS to keep failing at all her jobs and keeps getting promoted.

where did she land? not that it really matters to me and the others who got pivoted out of a job, just curious how Geoff takes care of his favorites.

The org announcement was weird and the CDS Town Hall was like a hostage situation...very awkward. It was bizarre to have a meeting and discussing where JB is going to land vs the jobs removed. The OU strategy by Geoff Martha is being completely undone. That should strongly suggest someone else who should be looking for a new position too.

Wonder how she's faring at new job - if they were looking for empty ideas and the overuse of the word "BOLD", they've found the right person... just not the right leader.
