Josh and Susie

Compliance finally decided leadership under these two was a liability.
And Psych overall culture needed to change. Now the RBDs who Josh hired have to change the way they’re leading, or suffer the same fate. Less micromanaging, quality over quantity, celebrating wins, retaining good people. Leadership development. And please…for the love of God, make goals ATTAINABLE.

Ho ho he he he…goals are attainable…that’s a good one. Jag packed their golden parachutes so they will be fine. Culture won’t change if they keep promoting these legacy forrrrrest clowns.

Hate to say it but this had nothing to do with compliance, everything to do with us not hitting our insane goals this year. Rob stupidly thought the MDD magic would continue forever and told the street we would be $3.5B. Now the sales team is paying the price for his mistake.

Growth goals that co ti he to be 15% quarter after quarter are unattainable. PERIOD.

Yes to ALL of this!!

The nail in Josh an Susie’s coffin probably was coming up with the stupid Bag 3 initiative which is a complete joke and waste of resources. Anyone who backed this idea should be fired for being soooo clueless

Maybe we will finally be able to let go of the horrible salesy aggressive culture of forest after all and stop insulting HCPs about their decisions
Heck no…Matt B knew how to motivate us to close hard with our providers…I mean balls deep hard close. You ask them why haven’t you started 20 patients on VRAYLAR since we last talked. Who doesn’t love getting that type of challenger sales model on a daily basis from the ditzy blonde who brought them coffee.

Agreed. The RDs/managers also need a shake up too

As someone that left under the "assumption" that a lot of the idiocracy happening in CNS was a direct result of SB and her cohorts/ hires/ promotions/ trickle-down effects, please tell me what happened to this witch. Bonus points if you personally stranded her at the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro.

For the lot of you still working there, I really do hope you're headed for greener pastures.

She and Josh got fired. Assuming more “changes to our leadership structure” will trickle down eventually.
