He’s energetic and might be great, but giving him credit for product approvals in his first month is dumb. These things take years to achieve.

The biomet facilities compared to the Zimmer facilities was wild when the merger happened. One clear winner, and it wasn’t Z. Production doesn’t need to be dismantled and destroyed, leadership needs to quit saying NO when things are needed. Cook the books seems to be the new name of the game. Make shareholders happy by pissing off surgeons…. When has that ever worked?

Totally agree it is a joke. What was his largest P&L in his past. He is in waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over his head. Ivan was more interested he had experience (a failed one) with a connected device and his LinkedIn presence.
