Job openings. Holy cow

The pressure that comes with this place is not even worth it at this point with the little bonus money. The constant monitoring by RD’s of reps and where they at is also concerning. There is a reason people are leaving and big part of it is they are finding ways to push reps out.

“Why are there territories open?”

Well you must first look at which salesforce. It’s all ADHD

Qelbree just isn’t growing.

Firsthand experience. Im a rep

I just looked on the website and my zone has some of the most open territories due to intense higher management. Everyone is unhappy under Nic as a zone director. Someone needs to really sit down with him. Too many people have left because of him alone. Bullshit side work, busy work and intense pressuring of managers to even more intensely pressure their direct reports and so much more. Forced video calls multiple times per week and endless 2 day ride alongs. When do we actually get time to work? And no one will tell you the true story. From a lot of convos I have had at the most recent POA, Everyone feels like they’re lucky they haven’t been laid off. Newsflash management: we have been thinking for months that there would be layoffs. Even longer. More reps need to post on here and be clear with others so they can avoid making a mistake by repping Qelbree. Dodge this piece of shit. So..Bottom line… Qelbree isn’t selling. Managers are being pressured like crazy. And they’re pissed. And they want to blame someone. So They’re taking it out on the reps. And No one will be honest. The numbers are awful and tanking. It’s not even just bad anymore, but beyond saving. Jump off this crazy train while you can. In a future interview you will have to explain this to an employer. If you weren’t fortunate enough to make a shift over to Parkinson’s division you are screwed. I know a rep that left ADHD about 6 months ago and he’s still having a hard time interviewing because of how bad overall performance for this drug has been. When you see single digits for growth in a quarter for prescriptions…. And that’s a “leader”?….. ITS TIME TO LEAVE! Don’t do more harm to your future career.
LOL Nick was a vending machine salesman, what do you expect?!

Nice to see this company is exactly the way I left it 6 years ago.

To answer someone’s question, the rest of the industry is far from perfect but supernuts is as toxic as it gets, with meaningless micro-managing 90s pharma hangovers. Everyone else is out there has flipped to educators where they’re welcome in office, but let me guess, SUPN is still telling you that you have to hold your docs accountable and challenge them. Riiiiight. How’s that working out for you. Have you been told to “pretend” to go to the bathroom so you can plaster marketing all over the back of the poo poo door, or conveniently run into a doc after you tinkle?

I bet you guys still have to learn a script and your manager expects to hear it in every office you take them to, 2-3 days every month. Normal pharma sees mgrs once a quarter and they do everything to stay out of your way so you can sell.

Get out of that shithole. It looks terrible on your resume.

As more reps gain experience they will look for better options outside. After working here for few years I could definitely say that this place is toxic and leadership are truly incapable of taking this company to the next step. They are unwilling to change from their old outdated ways. Ask any reps from other companies and you will realize what we do is really outdated...
