I've seen a number of companies lately with very generous packages. If you have specialty pharm or bio experience, good at navigating the managed care scene, their are some very solid opportunities out there.

We agreed to the terms of our employment. We accepted what they were offering. At the time the agreement isn't mutually beneficial, we should choose the best option for us and our families. They will never be loyal to you, don't fool yourself.

Lots of stings with these jobs…huge territories.

Worse, they expect results without allowing the rep. to properly develop the territory, which takes a good 6-12 months in most cases.

If you know the territory, then I would jump at it. Otherwise, stay where you are at.

The difference between 115k base and 80k base, after taxes, isn't that much.

"The difference between 115k base and 80k base, after taxes, isn't that much."

You lost the audience here. That's an ignorant statement that after taxes it isn't that much. A 43% increase in base is significant by any standards. Would you turn down $1,900 a month after taxes? That's real money in your hand.

Exactly. Not some mind reading game of predicting when/if/who will get paid on Botox.

Nice try dumbass

Both posts are oncology and while I was once hired into Onc w/o experience, good luck doing that these days. And BTW, selling & reimbursement 4 BX Therapeutic is a cakewalk next to Onc. But hey, it's your choice. Go for it!

The aesthetics team is a superior sales force. The best in the company and we can go anywhere.

Why would a high performer in Retina, Botox or Breast care? We can go anywhere and often do. Good luck trying to tarnish that with half-baked cafepharma posts. 'Allergen', huh? LOL. Could you be more insecure?
