June 26th conf call from our CC leaders: "you will get a ICR well before August pay out to show you how much dd you will be paid" JD to other JS, JS yes double down is a lock.
So its 8/19 nothing to show less than 10 days out til bonus

It is a square dance step which you do after the do si do (pronounced doe see doe). Managers are always doing the do si do during what the rest of the company believes they are at meetings. Then they roast pigs, chittlins, greasy stuff and snarf it all down with some homemade moonshine, I think. Yee Haw.
