JBs performance is a prime example why you don't hire someone who has no experience in th NY market other than selling a few recliners to Drs. The time is coming to get rid of this clown and put someone who knows what there doing.

Your comment is a prime example of why those who can't even own their performance have no business commenting on a board intended for professionals.

Learn this well, junior - the selection and retention of employees at all levels is the responsibility of senior leaders of this great new organization. Your opinion carries no weight and is therefore not solicited...or tolerated for very long.

hahahahah, what's spot on is you replying to your own message, no wonder NY metro is in shambles, complete idiot running it. I will be enjoying my time laughing at all the failures of NY Metro due to incompetence and complete lack of knowledge of our industry. You'll find us having a good laugh at the bar while you start searching for a new job. Try something other than lab sales, it's just not a good fit

Inherited? JB being the terrible ESD he is hand picked his team and has watched them continue to fail and then leave. Not surprising that someone w no knowledge of the NY market and lab itself would be a complete failure w numbers dropping year after year. Stick to sofas and young ugly blonds and leave the lab industry up to the big boys

We have an entire senior leadership team SR. EC who know nothing, why would you not expect the same crap to roll down hill?
 






At least SR and EC have true leadership capabilities. JB made hiring decisions based on looks and ability in bed - not ability to lead a successful sales team.
Not that there's anything wrong with that
