Yeah. I honestly have no idea what I will talk about to my primary care docs when my manager is with me. Talk about how we don’t give as good of A1C drops or weight loss as OZ, TR or Mounjaro?

Or maybe I tell them that a Cardiologist may put 15 out of 100 patients on Jardiance because of our HFpEF indication? Lmao

So use it 3rd after Metformin, Menjarou or GLP-1?

Well at least we can be brain dead and sample drop and get through our day quickly

Any rep in any division of any company is subject to being laid off at any time, and while PC3 reps may be more at risk, I believe having diabetes & migraine experience with a company like Lilly will certainly be advantageous when searching for the next opportunity.

Nah … getting jobs are all about who you know & being an internal referral from someone at the company that you’re applying to.
Plus the job market in pharma is in a major pullback right now. Worse than 2009.

Promoting Jardiance is mindless like scrolling the internet cause you’re bored. And any co-promote is a total cluster fuck and especially the one with BI.

Everybody in PC3 will bail at the first opportunity just like they did when the PC1 & PC2 jobs came open

This product mix sucks
 


















It is so obvious at this point that Lilly doesn’t give a shit about Jardiance, and is simply trying to fulfill the “reach & frequency” obligations of the contract with B.I.
Lilly would most likely jump at the chance to get out do this contract early, and completely exit the SGLT-2 marketplace.

Definitely agree with you. And it was really obvious when we hired the contract sales force lmao. What a joke that was.

This is all about getting paid for making Jardiance P1 calls. Nothing more, nothing less. Lilly does not care about growing Jardiance business. It sucks for you PC3 reps
 






It seems to help if you promote it as LGBTQ-friendly for the patient. It has something to do with the MOA based upon a phase 1 study at Cal-Berkley.

I usually drop off a bunch of rainbow cookies to the staff and watch my numbers grow.

Sucks to be out in the field with all of this overlap. BI reps are pissed and offices are annoyed.
