It would be prudent to look at your territory and consider how much revenue it generates. If it’s less than $1 million per year be nervous. If you’re a SAR with $20,000 per quarter inj and 100 mov/ qtr update that resume. Specialty plug in $300 per rx for mov, wel, sav to be conservative.

at some point its true every year for almost all in our line of work, are you new here or to the industry? nothing has been told to anyone so any reports on that are nonsense but you should prepare for something that is common and harder here, our next two big drugs bombed, sharpen up your resume, return recruiters calls and do well and either way you stay here or get serverance and land a new job maybe more secure but this is new way of life, good luck and if there is a lyaoff we all here at the same time, managers dont hear first, if youre numbers are bad you will be at risk

Wow!!! so true about the DMs being a babysitter. Make sure we do all of our senseless admin. Why do all of this repetitive information reporting when it’s availabe at their own fingertips? Information OVERLOAD!
 







just nuff information to be dangerous, anyone at any company gets how this works, it's a numbers game. if you have bad numbers you will always be at risk and when the decisions are made its an outside company that works with legal and hr, people don't get to sit around and pick so if youre numbers are good to strong you likely fine, if not then no. to many people here anyway and too many who dont even work, just stop already and move on with your dam life

Oh, we didn't know that. Thank you for the revelation...I think what people are trying to find out is "when" specifically an announcement will be made.
 
















































No open positions being filled. Two positions became available in the West and are not being filled externally nor internally. It’s a good sign the layoffs are in the near future. Glad I’m near retirement or I would already be gone.
