Jack Kenny

I was on Cafepharma looking at another company and saw Jack's name so I checked this out. I don't work for Leica nor did I work at Quest but I have worked with and for Jack in the past at a couple of companies. Simply put, Jack is a driver who wins! If you want to float through life and your job happy just to keep your job and finish the middle of the pack, Jack won't be for you. But then again, no body should want to be with you as you are a looser. Jack wants to surround himself with individuals who are driven and don't settle for second best. That is the sign of a great leader! Anyone who feels different should read Winning from Jack Welch. Move up or out!

Hey Jack, that's beautiful what you wrote about yourself!!!!

I'm amused after reading the rants of those of you who either have lost their jobs after Jack showed you the door, or are in fear that your job is now in jeopardy because you have consistently been stack-ranked in the lower 50 percentile for years and your former boss was too weak to do what needed to be done. Jack was forced to show me the door when I was at the top of my game, but I don't view him as Satan.

Unlike those of you who are bitter because you lost (or may lose) your job because you weren't (or aren't) making the grade, I was successful when Jack was forced to show me the door. I still view Jack as a motivator who knows how to improve the bottom line. And for those of you sales professionals who aren't in the top 50%, Jack WILL help you move up in the stack rankings if you ask for his help and WANT to improve. Unfortunately, you rarely hear from the scores of people like me who have benefited from knowing Jack. I have more reasons than most of you to have an axe to grind, but I don't hold Jack responsible for all of the world's ills.

Thanks Tom.

What kind of lube did he use when he had you bent over? Astroglide, KY, Olive Oil??

You may want to check his LinkedIn profile before you say that... He's at BD.

That is correct and it is funny that I found this post on Jack as I currently work at BD and Jack is ruining this company as well. I have never seen more unmotivated people since Jack took over. He is really off the mark and rules by fear and a fake sincerity. Sad tha BD is in the state it is in but at least we are not BMX.
