Hiding behind anonymity? Clearly, you are mistaken and I think this Dentist took a few too many lidocaine injections that have distorted his/her mechanical typing skills.... Weren't the sales reps of the above referenced manager all called into HQ? Weren't they all presented and asked about receipts from lunches that never took place? Is this really a Dentist typing in here or is this the manager's "DIRECTOR"? Is this the same Director who approved years and years of fraudulent expenses on her Concur expense reports???? Is this writer really a Dentists or is he AKA Marty Long Hippy Long Hair last name rhymes with Seyer???? Who ate all those lobster and steak lunches with you for all those years???? Didn't J&J had to look into this b/c they were selling off this consumer division??? Is it true that under this Manager, Field rides never happened but she pretended they did? Is it true that she submitted years and years of Malfeasant Expenses?? And is it true that to look good these Managers instructed their reps to enter fraudulent orders in the MSG ordering system with Distributors who no longer exist??????
Looks like Syneos is catching up to employees::::::
Suit: Terminated worker charged company credit card, illegally accessed company data
HOUSTON — A biopharmaceutical company alleges an employee illegally obtained company records and used a company credit card to purchase personal items after being terminated.
Syneos Health filed a
complaint Feb. 14 in Harris County District Court against Traci Solomon alleging violation of the Texas Theft Liability Act, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and other claims.
According to Syneos' complaint, Solomon worked as clinical research associate and had access to company records including clinical research trials information, some of which she could access through a third-party IT vendor. They allege that in December of 2021, Solomon was fired due to their discovery that she was working with a competitor.
Syneos further alleges that shortly after being terminated, Solomon used a company credit card to buy $2,700 in Gucci items and charged more than $4,000 on the company credit card. Syneos claims Solomon refuses to return her company issued laptop and that she has logged onto a third-party data vendor's system to delete and modify confidential company information. Syneos claims Solomon threatened to continue to misappropriate their trade secrets and confidential information.
Syneos seeks monetary relief, interest and all other just relief. They are represented by Jeff Mayes of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart PC in Houston.
