Their other mission is to run projects that cut lots of low level heads in HR & Procurement then to brag about how many people they terminated. Nice. Maybe they should cut their own VPs and Directors first.
How can such a small department justify all these high-level people? This is a large cost to the company. Sounds from the posts these VPs & Directors are cutting everyone but themselves. Smart strategy for keeping their cushy, well-paid jobs. Reminds me of the Christmas Vacation movie where the muckety-mucks give the lower level employees the jelly of the month club membership instead of a full bonus.GS by the numbers:

Very True, a sweatshop with too many overpaid do nothing Directors that add Zero Value to J&J. They continue to chop on us here in HR and also Procurement to try to justify and excuse the fact that there are more than 50 VPs and Directors in this “cost savings” organization. Makes zero sense. It’s like the story about the king with no clothes where everyone is afraid to tell him the truth except in this case it is an old naked fat Queen sitting in Miami. Do you think she knows that AskGS is a farce that does not work and is mostly not manned, even during weekdays?
