ZB is positioning itself for sale to MDT. Nice job loaning you sales force money with interest and now taking the total back this year with monthly deductions. Complete change out of the blue. I'm sure some states are normal, but where I'm from we are not. Restrictions on inpatient procedures throughout the state. Worked our assed off to get close to qtr goal and now ZB continues with the clawback program. Way to go ZB, dock your sales force 1% for working with our hands tied. Fuck you as you sit in your IVORY TOWERS and draw your guaranteed salaries. Turning into just another BS sales company. Come on, lets go fuck the reps when they are down. Touche!!!!

im very happy with ZB and my distributor. Im thankful that I got money at below normal interest rates. Then again Im not sucking wind like others.

If he came over from Stryker and thinks this is great, what the hell is going on at Stryker?? Anyone who isn’t a ZB rookie can tell you this snowball been rolling downhill for awhile now and looks like it’s not stopping anytime soon.
 



Great decision to cut bonuses, after deducting my pay for not meeting Q3 goal even though we were partially shut down. Now other areas of the country are slowed down and it also affects my pay. That should really motivate us. Terrible company

Every Rep should pull their loyal customers & move to a competitor. No sales goal for 1st qtr. Of course that means no bonus plan. Now they want to do bulk orders to artificially inflate the numbers. Smoke & mirrors. How do you figure out bonuses when you do a bulk buy? How do you go back to premium pricing when you offer the hospitals discounted pricing? The brilliance shown by the people leading this company is amazing!!
 



When did we turn into a pharma company? If you hire motivated sales reps you should not have to micro manage & implement fucking role playing bullshit. THIS IS NOT PHARMA!! STOP!!! Just sell us already & make you fortune. Fucking joke of a company.

Seems like you are pretty clueless. Not only are they not out of compliance...they are encouraged by customers and done by most med dev companies like Boston, Medtronic, and JNJ. Likely not a great idea (but hey Im making money with them since I CAN actually sell them) but that doesnt make them “non-compliant”. If you read the public earnings report (likely you dont know what that is) you will see that Hanson and the Finance guy (Saki?) report them and talk about them. Non compliant is stuffing your distributors warehouses but not selling a bunch of product to a customer. Big difference dude.
