It's the middle of June, what's happening?













Hoping middle management gets wiped out and reps consolidate and sell all products from ees, ethicon, biosurg and gynecare........no more ees reps, hernia reps, gynecare reps.....the new reps will be general surgery reps
 
















































CADS sell to the major buying groups and hospitals, they make the big bucks and big sales leaving the smaller fish in the pond for the rest of the reps and the really small fish get ignored or fed on by the HQ reps......maybe buying direct or self service ordering online is all that is needed beyond CADS?
Or, just keep all the reps as is, add the amount of products to sell and raise their sales goals to impossible amounts. It all sounds like fun to me, can't wait to hear what really happens in a few weeks!
 


















WHY isn't there any new gossip on this topic???!!! They said first half of the year, some regionals said this summer...Can you please tell us already?! I wonder how many people have left EWHU and Ethicon Products as of today. I've heard of a lot of movement since NTM. Pretty sure they scared a few folks off with those talks and timelines they threw out at ours!!
It's so hard to work everyday knowing that something is about to happen and not having a single clue what it is!!!!!
 






I heard reps will not get let go till Sept. Bummer. I was hoping it would end sooner like this Friday since that is the "end of June". I am sure that we will hear some announcement on Friday. Since TS and GP all stated that we will know the plan (or atleast some of it) by the "end of June"

My prediction would be managers will now get cut in July and be on board till August, and reps will be get notified of their cuts in August and stay on board till Sept. Who knows.

Be ready to brush up on your interviewing skills because I heard we have to reinterview for the position.

I've never heard of any J&J company cutting people and keeping them on. One thing they do on the conference call is tell the employee their last day to work was yesterday. They may still be technically employed to cover legalities like the Warn Act, but they would never work past the notification date.
