This message makes me sick. Note that the receptionist says the lunch is for sale in the subject line. It was sent to approximately 50 reps that call on the office.

If it makes you sick, you need to punch every company's executive leadership in the head. WE did this to them, not the other way 'round. As a 25 year vet with my 2nd company, I can tell you that the senior reps in my first district told me the dirty details at how this attitude came to be. in many parts of the country, doctors advertise that free lunch (and leftovers) can be expected every day.

I know of a large physician practice that doesn't give the staff a pay raise EVER because of the free lunches provided by the pharm / industry. They say that "perk" is worth a lot of money.
