It's just that time of year for Nobel...

Help me understand...

If you sell to the VA hospital, there's a contract that is signed that stipulates no other entity (gov't owned or private) cannot receive a lower price than there contractual agreement with said company. So, say Nobel signed the contract to sell implants to the VA Hospitals for around $220 per, then wouldn't they be held for breach of contract if Kraut, or any private practice is paying equal or lesser value price?

Nobel Biocare submmit 510k from Sweden. Nobel Biocare AB - dental medical devices.By VA regulation ONLY USA labs can sell product to VA.

Yes Nobel would be breaking the contract with the VA and maybe the law if they were to sell implants to someone else for less than the contract price. But if a doctor signed a deal with Nobel for a little more than the VA Contract price and then the rep hand delivered a bag of implants to the same doctor to effectively reduce that doctors per implant price to below the VA price that would be a hard thing to prove. This is typically how Nobel operates.
Very good points. What about contract with VA???. I was shock to see contract with Nobel Biocare for millions of dollars.

THE problem is that Nobel Biocare AB from SWEDEN IS OWNER ALL PRODUCTS. NOBEL BIOCARE USA, LLC IS THE CORESPONDED BY FDA DOCUMENTATION. VETERANS AFFAIRS CAN'T PURCHASED ANYTHING FROM NOBEL. NO FORIGEN LABORATORY CAN'T BE INVOLVED IN ANY STAGE OF DENTAL DEVICES.
