it's 4pm me only got 1 sig

Have each of your docs sign one CASSRA and then copy the signature on your computer every hour from 8-5. Dispose of the samples as you wish. If Forest wants to play dirty, so should you.

“Integrity is not a conditional word. It doesn’t blow in the wind or change with the weather. It is your inner image of yourself, and if you look in there and see a man who won’t cheat, then you know he never will.” – John D. MacDonald

Um hello, the entire forest model is built on the concept of capturing sig's by the sales grunts. This is the central control mechanism that DM are hired to enforce. It has always been this way and will continue to be. You are not to be trusted at forest, the DM is hired to police time stamps, laptop use, sig's and receipts. This is the MOST important thing to running this sales team. That will never change, it is about command and control and never to trust what a grunt trunk rat rep does during payable hours.....730-530....you better have reasonable sig's spread out from 8 am to 5 pm or you will be quickly moved out and replaced with the next desperate sucker trying to "break in to pharma" at the entry level 52K base and sig's micro control......

well stated. this place is a farce and shit show.

I was one of the lucky selected for a tough access area, ie "WE DO NOT SEE PHARMA REPS and DO NOT ACCEPT SAMPLES" Posted on the door. Obviously I went in a few times just to say I made the effort.

When I was hired they stated," we are looking for creative and proven sales people."
Then they told me to go coast to coast on my MVA and gain commitment from the doctors and hold them and the pharmacy and insurance company accountable.

If these r*****s in marketing really believed a robotic sales message was going to move pills, why not just do podcasts and send lunches to the office directly. Why you hired someone who could actually sell was the most unfulfilling part of the job. Worst time in my life, but it taught me how BS pharma really was?!

This is spot on and so typical of a company whose managers don't have a fucking clue on what really should be done in the field. You'd think they would have learned by now but they haven't and continue to promote morons who are completely lost.

One reason they continue to do this, however, is because turnover is so high they have a never ending supply of naive people who don't know any better. It takes soneone with no pharma experience only about 6 months to learn their forest DM's and RD's are dumber than shit.
