It is a bad sign for the company if your recruiters are clueless







I apologize in advance. The recruiter I spoke with from Ventiv was polite and returned calls when we initially missed on the phone. She left a message and answered the call when I called her back.
These recruiters are our next or last step in the process and their success depends on the quality of their candidates that they identify and move forward. What reason would they have to block "the best" candidates? Maybe only the specific requests from the client that would knock some of us out due to experience, disease states, GPA..

The job market is a nightmare for now and I am one of the many trying to get back into pharma. Any positive suggestions or ideas to get into the process to even have the initial phone screen??
