It appears the govt has failed

People who should be tested aren't being tested. The CDC won't give you permission to get tested if you have the symptoms. Only if you have traveled somewhere, or been in contact with a known COVID patient.

Since almost no one has been tested, that means very few people are being allowed to be tested. Kind of keeps the numbers down for political reasons doesn't it? So this is going to get MUCH worse.

And health professionals are going to be rioting soon. Or quitting. Their lives are at risk.

The testing system for coronavirus in the US is currently failing, a top health official has admitted.

"The system is not really geared to what we need right now... let's admit it," said Dr Anthony Fauci from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Authorities in the US have come under fire for carrying out far fewer tests than many other affected countries.​

Hey I thought conservatives hate the government and think it's useless. Trump's administration has trimmed down lots of the science community in the government and many have left in disgust. I thought if you can just keep your guns and go to church and pray that all would be ok...so how is that working for you guys now??

Testing for the virus does nothing to cure the virus. The virus is here now so the only way to protect yourself is to isolate yourself as often as possible - limit your exposure - until the virus either goes dormant as the weather warms up and/or a vaccine is developed.

Do not trust the progressives either.
