The official re-launch of Teflaro and Dalvance has not even happened yet and it's already a disaster. There is already validation as to why no one would who has built a solid career and values things like culture, entrepreneurial spirit or simply being treated like an adult would EVER voluntarily work for Forest. And lets just call it Forest because that's what it is. This place is a dictatorship in the worst possible way. No one I have spoken to from my new manager on down has had anything good to say and no one seems remotely excited to work here.

I could go on for hours with how screwed up this whole thing is but I only have 7 more days until my worst nightmare comes true and 22 years of career building gets flushed down the toilet. I have a lot of drinking to do. Don't waste your time telling me to leave then or don't let the door hit me in the ass on my way out because that door will be hitting my ass as soon as humanly possible. Can't wait to see everyone in Phoenix for some role play and to meet my roommate who I don't even know.

Could not agree more. We have been forced into this situation and none want to be here. Management has done nothing to to make us feel welcome. Weird as weird gets.

For the love of all that is holy. For once. Please put someone in charge who has actually carried a bag in a hospital. Grab a roster. Pick someone at random. anyone. Put them in charge and watch this mess turn around. The next time my boss says reach or frequency or has me write a fourth business plan I"m out. Gone.

That's a nice wish, one that has been asked many times, but no one listens. It's easier for them to put people at the helm with no hospital experience. It's easier for them to promote retail DMs to hospital DM positions so that they can hold you accountable for your reach and frequency to doctors they can't even write your drug, especially if it's an account that is restricted to ID. Of course, they don't want to hear that either. And get ready for those useless business plans where you're asked to project weekly/quarterly sales!

There's a few that get it out there but not many. Most have moved on to other companies. the few remaining wont' be albe to stand the beatings much longer i predict. The postmortem of this division will singularly be a case study worthy of a semester class at a business school.
 
























Durata here. No COPD stuff delivered and myself and all others I know will be gone as soon as possible regardless. I've seen enough already. This company has no clue what so ever and treats you all like school children. Just wait until Dalvance reimbursement is based off of ASP starting April 1st. Oh boy!
