Is this the end?

Extremely accurate and well articulated.

I would only add this... this current leadership team is destined for the trash heap in less than 3-5 years because unlike prior regimes they have managed to alienate BOTH the field AND the in-house teams. They have very low credibility among the rank and file, except within the ranks of their own handpicked cronies. They are highly paranoid and very reactionary. Without winning the hearts and minds of those on the frontlines of customer engagement and those that support them the short term gains over the last few years can not be maintained. The talent exodus is too severe and the house of cards will topple. Will BIO survive? Probably yes, but I'd be willing to guess that they'll take a 25% or more hit on top line revenue in the U.S. as yet another re-org plays out. The field is already spread mighty thin with the "right sizing" that has occurred over the past few years and the in house teams likewise have been existing on starvation rations since the current leadership took over. For a company with only $300ish mil in annual revenue in the U.S. this decline might mean pulling out of certain markets altogether or partnering with other CRM companies to sell some of its bag. The future is far from rosy for BIO.
