Is the DBM model /ride-alongs valid anyone ?

Thank you DCS team for affirming there are way too many of you. 1-2 Diabetes reps per territory is all that if necessary. Once this resolves, rest assured you won’t have to worry about your DBM being in your territory too much.

I hope you are correct.
I don’t think any DCS that is being honest, or is worth anything thinks Novo needs 3 reps per territory and multiple E reps.

I say this as a DCS.

That’s the difference.
How many DBMs can be honest and admit that what they do on a weekly basis is overkill and pointless in the field?

Too busy creating BS to prove that you are essential.

Do you really think Novo will reduce the number of field days for DBMs? Before I left, DBMs had 10 or so reps. That dropped to as low as 5 or 6 reps. Same number of field days. DBM overload goes into maximum overdrive at this point. With access where it is in most of the nation, managers will be less and less welcome. Guess what happens next - banning managers may start first, but, in the end, DCSs will get the shitty end of the stick.
