is the daily meal limit for employees $70 per diem or just for non employees?

Geez,

You people are nuts! If you can't eat on $70/day, something is wrong. There are many people in this country eating on a lot less and not getting 3 meals per day. Just because a company gives you a per diem doesnt mean you need to eat at Ruth Chris Steak House. Yes, I realize that some areas of the country are more expensive than others but really.....do you spend $70/day of your own money eating everyday? Stop whining...and stop being a part of the problem in this industry....over entitled spoiled reps! We have it great. Be thankful you have a job that pays your expenses, provides your car, gas...and is willing to pay for your meals when you overnight....

When traveling you need more than $70 per diem. On a typical work day, you cook and use your groceries . Eating out is super expensive, r*****.
oh that's right you eat at the counter in Wal Mart.

I dont eat at the counter dickhole, I prefer to eat straight from the rotisserie chicken packaging in the back seat of my car. The look on my managers face when he finds chicken bones on the back seat...Priceless!
 


















$70 per diem is BS and also no Alcohol? I needed $70 of alcohol just to recover from the BS interview and the waste of my time after realizing this outfit is a horror show. I would NEVER take any offer from these clowns.
 






Wow, there is so much discussion on THIS site about another company's per diem. Sounds like an exciting company to be at. Good luck to those who have chosen to go there. Three sales forces selling same drug and tripping over each other in the rare disease arena. Ought to be a blast. But they are giving a lot of options.....

LOL . . .. so true about sales and alcohol . . . .I mean even if I'm being cost conscious and stay at a courtyard and eat at the little bistro for dinner for $20, I can't have a beer or a glass of wine to unwind?

I agree we can make $70 work it's not great but it's sure not horrible, but man no beer or wine to go with dinner? Again not the worst thing in the world but it tells you what they think of the field team.
 






i got the inside scoop in Dallas from a DM, his personal tip go dumpster diving and save the perdiem for room service with ladyboys as $70 buys him a lot of service. Wait was that yogurt on his beard?
