Both VPs for Commercial and Medical are just terrible. One has been there forever and micromanages every single aspect of the business down to the patient level and the other has no idea what’s going on. Both are compliance nightmares and putting the entire organization at risk. No one can understand why they’re still there. It’s rough. Think twice about it. Totally Micro managed. 100%
why do they keep it? I don’t understand especially if it puts the broader company at risk?NN is not a rare disease company. It’s not a focus for the company. Minutely small revenue, no support, no budget.
This! It’s a mess. I really hope with Blandine leaving they change the leadership team. Rare Diseases leadership must change.
Exactly. It won’t be long before this business gets divested. Rare disease at NN is over. Just adds unnecessary complexity.Think again.Home office leadership is at an all time low! They are not equipped for RARE DISEASE. Absolutely clueless with unreasonable goals and expectations. It’s really bad.

I hope you’re right and that the leadership sees it. It’s a pathetic business unit and all the shady stuff that goes on there is putting the rest of the organization at great risk.
