Good company to start in sales and stay a few years. Join the obgyn division. They don’t know what they’re doing in cancer care.

Onc is a train wreck. Mostly due to under-qualified managers who have been put in their roles because they’re either a FOS or FOP

most reps in this division get out once they realize leadership is actually a bunch of ass clowns who don't know anything about the specialty, how to effectively manage, and how to keep their mouth shut. Great to build your portfolio but the poor culture and values will make it short-lived. Met great reps who have all moved on for the most part.
