What is going on in Sacramento,.CA? A few of us received calls by a high profile attorney asking questions galore!!! Someone in Oncology either got fired or weren't hired and are on a witch hunt. I called HR and my CTL and no one is calling me back. Details details please. Something going on with hiring practices? I do not want a subpoena and the law firm wanted details about managers (by name). HELP.

the ctl's and the leadership already know there is no access... This oncology franchise is the last bastion of growth for the company. The leadership wants to give some jobs to other people in the company who are at risk for being laid off. That is very good. But they are also bringing people from other companies and paying them through the roof. This 4 up will last 3 to 4 years and then we will be ever near to a one payer system. Along the way Genentech will start eating everyone's lunch... Enjoy while you can. What is really pathetic is that leadership and ctl's know there is no phucking access. They just want to meet with you and go over market share in your top ten accounts and your Yervoy report so that they have something that they can spank you about! And while some people are ok with this set up because they need a paycheck. I get that. But some will no longer be able to live this life anymore, trying to convince themselves and other people that faking calls, meetings galore with a million counterparts, and sniffing ctl's and DCO's asses. Their integrity and ethics will now longer allow it. Preach this to EG!

Hmm good point - explains why several pc reps became ctl's under BP. Female? Check. Good looking? Check. PC rep experience only? Check. >>Straight to management baby, eff the rest. Get me in on this lawsuit baby I've got plenty of documented horror stories. Wild West is spot on, hr needs to fly out and really see the stuff going on in CA. Yuck.

Very happy to see that the pinko far left coast is getting hammered, the real positive desired outcome would be a one of a kind earthquake that eliminates the coast into the deep pacific. I would say that the fires are just a warning that Sodom's behavior is being addressed!

I heard that many are hired not on experience but other quota driven reasons. And others have been let go who were more experienced while others who never met quota were kept. Go figure. Sounds like Merck to me. Ask the rep who didn't get the oncology interview about what's going on. Maybe she will let you know.

Merck does not want white males anymore unless you are a millennial or a last resort hire because no good minority candidates... Of course tlhey are hiring to look correct with diversity... Even if it is not the best candidate....

The vaccine rep in Sacramento didn't get an interview and complained. Because of this she got an interview even though she was not qualified. Wow, talk about a whiner who was not qualified. Entitlement at its finest.

White males have always been discriminated against in this area. My advice, post for everything and document everything. There is a huge case in this area brewing, backed by emails, notes, recordings which exposes 400/500s breaking CA law. CA trumps Federal this time.
